INGREDIENTS500 g pork mince
1 T Golden Sun Fish Sauce
3 spring onions, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 t cornflour
2 T fresh mint, finely chopped
2 T fresh coriander, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
1 T oil
Golden Sun Sweet Thai Chilli Dipping Sauce, to serve
Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Roll into approximately 20 balls and chill until ready to cook.
Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan and fry the meatballs for approximately 15 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve with the dipping sauce.
