INGREDIENTS
565 g Golden Sun Lychees in syrup, drained1/2 cup syrup from the Golden Sun Lychees
425 g Golden Sun Mango Slices, drained & chopped
2 cups strawberries, halved
1 lime, squeezed
2 T fresh mint, finely chopped
PREPARATION
Combine lychees, mangoes and strawberries in a bowl. Drizzle over the lychee syrup and lime juice.Scatter with chopped mint.
