INGREDIENTS1 cup Golden Sun Morello Cherries, drained
140 g chocolate
100 g butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 t baking powder
2 T cocoa
Melt butter and chocolate together over a low heat. Remove from heat, cool slightly then mix in sugar and eggs.
Add sifted flour, baking powder, cocoa and drained cherries. Mix until combined then spread in lined slice tin.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
Dust with icing sugar and add additional cherries to serve.
