INGREDIENTS1 cup Golden Sun Morello Cherries, drained
140 g chocolate
100 g butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon cocoa
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Melt butter and chocolate together over a low heat. Remove from heat, cool slightly then mix in sugar and eggs.
- Add sifted flour, baking powder, cocoa and drained cherries. Mix until combined then spread in lined slice tin.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, dust with icing sugar and add additional cherries to serve.
